A complimentary website for your kennel or cattery
An elegant and contemporary kennel or cattery website, so owners and their pets can see the kennels and cattery pens (rooms) and how to find you. We can either start from scratch or update an existing website. An example is available here. We have the option to add bespoke booking and payment options, examples of which can be seen here.

Free website
The website is free. You don't pay for it and we don't take card details for it. The booking system is separate: £15 a month (or one of the other plans below), and every plan starts with a one-month free trial.
We design each site to look good, work well on phones and stay secure, and a person checks every page before it goes live.
On top of this you can email athena@orcore.org with anything you want changing, tweaking or adding (within reason) and it gets done. A human checks over everything before it goes out, and there's currently about a week's wait before you get the site. For £50 you can get bumped to the top of the queue.

Booking system
This is OrCore's bespoke booking system, with options for Stripe payment integration or our built-in invoicing service, Till. Click here to see a full booking demo, or here to see it integrated into the example site shown on the Free website tab.
Some of what it can do...
- Owner booking online. Owners pick kennels or cattery pens and dates on your website.
- Live availability. Taken dates cannot be booked.
- Kennel and cattery pen types (and prices) you set up.
- Deposits and cancellation rules set by you, the owner.
- Pay on arrival option.
- Stripe card payments on your own Stripe account: you pay Stripe's fees, OrCore takes nothing.
- Till invoicing: money goes straight to the kennel or cattery; OrCore never holds it.
- Owner calendar and arrivals board.
- Pet details. Feeding, medication and notes for each pet.
- Vaccinations. Certificate upload or bring on arrival.
- Daily board. Arrivals, departures, pet care notes and vaccination checks.
- Free data import and setup if you're switching from another system.
- Free hosting with any booking plan.

Owners choose where their pet will stay, then pick a drop-off and a pick-up.
Pet details and vaccinations
At booking, owners add each pet's details, including feeding, medication and vaccinations.
Calendar and deposit settings
You set the deposit, and you can see stays on a calendar.
Daily board
One board for today's arrivals, departures, pet care notes and vaccination checks.
Pricing
0.5% of completed stays
You pay this only on stays that actually happen. For a cancellation, you pay only on what you kept.

Includes a year's support; support then renews at £60 a year.
